Automate routine work
Recurring steps become traceable automated workflows, giving your team more time for the work that needs people.
linsslabs connects disconnected tools and replaces manual work with reliable, purpose-built systems. We build the software, create the cloud infrastructure and operate it under clearly agreed service levels, from the first idea to production.
As processes grow, spreadsheets, copy-and-paste and isolated tools stop being enough. linsslabs brings the critical workflows together in one system built around how your business actually works.
Recurring steps become traceable automated workflows, giving your team more time for the work that needs people.
Data and applications work together. Manual transfers, duplicate maintenance and broken handoffs are reduced.
Software, cloud and operations sit with one technical partner. You do not have to coordinate handovers between providers.
From understanding your processes through software and cloud infrastructure to operations with a clearly agreed scope: one technical owner replaces multiple handovers and providers.
We understand your workflows, bottlenecks and existing tools. The result is a clear system design that removes unnecessary manual work and fits your business.
Web apps, internal tools, customer portals, integrations and SaaS products. Tested, documented and built so the system can grow with your requirements.
We build the production environment with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring and backups. Hosted in Germany or the EU by default, without unnecessary vendor lock-in.
After go-live, we can take care of deployments, monitoring, updates, support and continued improvement. Availability, response times and maintenance windows are agreed as service levels that fit your needs.
Your applications run in data centres in Germany, and in other EU locations if needed. You are not tied to a US provider and always know where your data is.
Hosted in Germany, GDPR compliant, with a data processing agreement.
Open-source software and infrastructure as code mean you can move at any time.
Access, documentation and runbooks belong to you.
Infrastructure is sized to what you actually need, so the monthly bill stays reasonable.
We select proven technology for the problem, your team and the growth plan. The goal is not the biggest stack, but a system that stays understandable and works reliably every day.
APIs, integrations and clean data flows bring existing applications together. This removes duplicate maintenance, copy-and-paste and error-prone handovers.
Cloud-native applications on containers and Kubernetes that adapt to load. Whether you have a hundred users or a hundred thousand, the architecture is designed for it from day one.
Automated tests, CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code make every deployment repeatable. Monitoring, alerting and regular backups keep your system stable.
We use language models, RAG and AI agents where they remove concrete work or make knowledge easier to use. They can run on dedicated infrastructure in Germany.
You keep one technical point of contact who understands the process, builds the system and supports the agreed operations after go-live.
We discuss the goal, bottlenecks, existing tools and the work that costs unnecessary time today.
You get a realistic proposal for software, integrations and infrastructure, with clear scope and effort.
Software and cloud are built in short iterations. You see results early, give feedback and go live in a controlled way.
After go-live, we handle monitoring, maintenance and further development based on the service levels agreed together.
Software, infrastructure and operations are designed together. Less information gets lost, decisions move faster and you always know who owns the technical outcome.
JANICK LINSS · FOUNDERJanick Linß founded linsslabs with one clear goal: software and infrastructure that businesses can rely on for the long term.
His experience comes from business-critical, highly available systems in demanding industries such as healthcare and automotive. That shaped the principle behind linsslabs: software, infrastructure and operations belong under one responsibility, so systems stay understandable, scale with the business and run reliably every day.
Experience before founding linsslabs
Yes. First there is a short review of the code and infrastructure. After that you know what can be taken over, what should be stabilised first and what we would advise against.
Mainly in data centres in Germany, and in other EU locations if needed. A data processing agreement (DPA) is included as standard.
Availability, response times, maintenance windows and incident handling are defined in an appropriate service level. This makes the applicable services and hours clear, while extended arrangements can be discussed individually when needed.
Projects are billed at a fixed price or by time spent, operations and maintenance as a monthly fee. You get a realistic estimate in the intro call.
No. The code, access and documentation belong to you. Everything is set up so that another team could take over.
In 30 minutes, we look at your process, the tools involved and the biggest bottleneck. You then get an honest view of whether a purpose-built solution makes sense and what the next step could be. Calls can be held in English or German.
